Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash rice, drain and cook as directed.
  2. While rice is cooking, prepare vinegar sauce by mixing together vinegar, salt, sugar and sake or mirin.
  3. Toss with cooked rice.
  4. Add sesame seeds and toss again.
  5. Allow rice to cool.
  6. Wet hands and mold rice mixture into 1-inch-thick triangles with
  7. 2 1/2 inch sides.
  8. Cut nori sheets in half and wrap each rice triangle in one half sheet.
  9. Makes 12
