Ingredients:

  • 1 -2 clove garlic
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz) can chunky tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup sour cream

Directions:

  1. Place ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour over freshly cooked pasta and warm up.
  3. Freezes well.
