Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix eggs, milk, margarine, lemon pepper and onion in blender for 1 minute.
  2. When well blended pour over cheese, ham, potatoes and mushrooms and stir gently.
  3. Gently stir in baking mix and pour into nonstick sprayed pie pan and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
  4. Allow to stand for 10 minutes before serving.
