Ingredients:

  • 1 large onion, sliced into rings
  • 1 (8 oz) can tomato soup
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp dry mustard

Directions:

  1. Layer carrots and onion in casserole dish in alternating layers.
  2. Mix together rest of ingredients for 3 minute.
  3. Pour over veggies and chill overnight.
