Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp kamut flour
  • 2 tbsp rye flour
  • 2 tbsp spelt flour
  • 2 tbsp oat flour
  • 1 tbsp soy flour
  • 1 tbsp flax meal
  • 1 tbsp flax seed
  • 1 tbsp quinoa
  • 2 1/2 tsp yeast

Directions:

  1. Put in bread maker according to manufacturer's instructions.
