My Husband's Favorite Carrot Cake

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease and flour baking pan.
  2. Blend sugar and oil.
  3. Add eggs,one at a time.
  4. Add flour,carrots,cinnamon and nuts.
  5. Mix thoroughly.
  6. Pour into prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  8. Cream butter and cheese.
  9. Add sugar,one cup at a time.
  10. Add nuts and vanilla.
  11. Mix well.
