My Favorite Chunky Guacamole

Ingredients:

  • 2 roma tomatoes'diced
  • 1/2 red onion'diced
  • 2 jalapenos'seeded and diced (i usually seed only 1, to add some spice)
  • 1/3 cup cilantro'minced
  • 1-1/4 lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 3-4 dashes tobasco sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)

Directions:

  1. Roughly chop up avocado in bowl, add all other ingredients and mix well.
  2. Serve with chips or refridgerate until later.
