Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. 1. Break up sausage & brown in a skillet.
  2. 2. Drain off fat.
  3. 3. Cook giblets in water, add 2 tsp of bells seasoning. Boil for 20 minutes. Save the water to use in stuffing. Only use the liver in stuffing, discard the rest of giblets.
  4. 4. Use a large bowl to mix all the ingredents.
  5. 5. Chop celery, pee; & chop the apple, chop liver.
  6. 6. Add the onion, more bells seasoning, stuffing cubes, sausage.
  7. 7. Moisten with water from the cooked giblets, If used all the water, use apple cider to moisten it further.
  8. 8. Use alot of bells, mix together. It should be gluey.
  9. 9. Stuff the turkey or bake it in separate pan.
  10. * If baked separately, cover pan with tin foil & bake with turkey for one hour*
  11. * Or you can make it the night before & bake for 45 minutes at 350. It should be steaming hot out of the oven*
