Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine first four ingredients in large mixing bowl - I usually run a knife through the slaw mix and chop it a little
  2. Add radishes, if using (I don't use them - Dad did, back when he could eat them)
  3. Add mayo just a little at a time until desired consistency - the tomato and the cucumber tend to be watery, so it's easy to get too much mayo
  4. Sprinkle with fresh ground pepper and celery seed (salt will make the tomato and cucumber weep, and the slaw will be more runny)
