Directions:

  1. In a large pot, over medium heat, saute the onion, garlic, peppers and ground turkey breast until turkey is cooked.
  2. Add tomatoes, spices and brown sugar and saute 5 minutes more
  3. Add black beans, corn, tomato paste and chicken broth to pot.
  4. Mash or puree cannellini beans and add puree to pot, stir well and simmer 10 minutes
