My Dads Chai Tea

Ingredients:

  • 1 quart water
  • 6 regular black tea bags
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 1/4 tsp cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/8 tsp allspice and nutmeg
  • 1 tsp clove
  • 1 quart milk

Directions:

  1. Boil tea
  2. Then add spices and simmer 5 minutes.
  3. Add milk and heat through.
