My Clam Chowder

Ingredients:

  • 1/8 tsp dill weed
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 medium potato
  • 1/4 cup clam
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp celery
  • 2 tbsp onions
  • 1/4 tsp garlic
  • 1/2 cup asparagus
  • 1/4 cup corn
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cheddar cheese

Directions:

  1. Chop potato, put in bowl with a tsp water cover and microwave, stirring occassionally until tender.
  2. Meanwhile, saute veggies in olive oil.
  3. Once tender add everything bring to a boil.
  4. Let cool and enjoy.
