My Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 2/3 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

Directions:

  1. Mix sugar and margarine.
  2. Stir in eggs, bananas and water.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients just until moistened.
  4. Bake until comes out clean.
  5. 9 inch pan.
  6. 350 degrees.
