Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place pork chops in a microsafe dish.
  2. Prepare topping: In a microsafe dish,place chopped mushrooms and dot with butter.
  3. Microwave at HIGH for 3 minutes until mushrooms don't look raw.
  4. Drain.
  5. Let cool.
  6. Mix together mushrooms, parsley, onion, egg and salt and pepper.
  7. Place topping on pork chops.
  8. Microwave at MEDIUM HIGH power for 6 minutes, uncovered.
  9. Let rest for 5 minutes.
  10. Uncover and microwave at MEDIUM HIGH power for another 4 minutes.
  11. Sprinkle with cheese.
  12. Microwave at HIGH power for 3 to 4 minutes until cheese is melted and chops are done to your liking.
