Mushroom Fondue Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup mushroom pieces
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2/3 cup consomme
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in saucepan.
  2. Add flour, mixing well.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and cook over medium heat until thick.
