Mum's French Onion Lamb Chops

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix water and french onion soup mix together, set aside.
  2. Trim lamb chops of all visible fat.
  3. Place 3 chops in a casserole dish and top with half the French Onion mix, add the rest of the chops and top with the remaining French Onion Mix.
  4. Cover with lid (or foil) and bake in 180c oven for about 1 hour.
  5. I usually check them after 30 minutes and add more water if it looks a little dry.
  6. Serve with mashed potatoes.
