Honey Baked Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup water or 3/4 cup white wine
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 kg chicken piece

Directions:

  1. Combine the first 3 ingredients and pour over the chicken pieces in a baking dish.
  2. Cover and bake in a moderate (190c) oven for 1 hour.
  3. Remove the lid, and bake for a further 1/2 hour.
  4. Serve.
