Moving Day Crock Pot Sauerkraut Butt

Ingredients:

  • 1 (3 -4 lb) pork butt
  • 1 (28 oz) can shredded sauerkraut
  • 1 (16 oz) bottle barbecue sauce

Directions:

  1. Place butt in crock pot and pour kraut with juice over butt.
  2. Cook on low 8 hours or high 4 hours.
  3. Pour off excess liquid and stir in BBQ sauce.
  4. Serve on buns.
