Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • italian seasoning

Directions:

  1. You need a microwave pan, I used those little black bowls that you get with the mirowave cakes for one.
  2. Spray the pan with spray oil so the eggs do not stick. I used butter flavored.
  3. Put the onion in the pan and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add eggs, milk, and seasoning.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. The eggs should still look a little wettish.
  7. Top with cheese.
  8. Cook for 1 more minute.
  9. This was so easy and the kids loved it!
