Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Shape into patties and cook on grill pan or outdoor grill on medium heat. about 20 minutes first side, flip and cook 10 minutes on the next side.
  3. Eat on a bun or plain with lots of ketchup.
