Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook rice in chicken broth and salt. mix sour cream, water chestnuts, salad dressing, peppers and pepper juice together.place
  2. In a buttered 9x13 inch baking dish, layer the rice, sour cream mixture, and cheese.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly
  4. You can add more cheese if you like, i do because i like it cheesier
  5. Do it to your taste..its good either way
