Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. 350 oven
  2. Grease bottom only of loaf pan (9x5x3)
  3. Beat shortening and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy
  4. Beat in eggs and bananas until smooth
  5. Beat in dry ingredients until just mixed
  6. Stir in peanuts and chips
  7. Pour into loaf pan
  8. Bake 1 hour to an hour and 10 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
  9. Cool 1 hour
  10. Place frosting in a small plastic bag and microwave on high 6 - 10 seconds
  11. Add peanut butter to bag; gently squeeze bag until chocolate and peanut butter are well blended
  12. Cut off corner of the bag and drizzle mixture over bread
