Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.
  2. Pour into greased muffin tins.
  3. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes or until toothepick when inserted comes out clean.
