Mom's Easy Crock Pot Scalloped Potatos

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 5 medium potatoes

Directions:

  1. Thinly slice the potatoes into chips.
  2. Combine butter, flour, salt and pepper together in saucepan over medium low heat.
  3. Whisk in milk gradually until no lumps remain. Heat and stir until bubbly and thickened.
  4. Stir in cheese to melt.
  5. Put sliced potatoes in crock pot; pour cheese sauce over.
  6. Cover and cook on low 5 to 7 hours; depending on how tender you want your potatoes.
