Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 3/4 cup milk

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan melt butter. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until the mix becomes bubbly. Stir in milk all at once and whisk. Stir until thickened and bubbly then add cheese and stir again.
