Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp oil , for skillet
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients and pour into hot oiled skillet. Bake at 450* until golden brown.
