Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onions in butter until tender.
  2. Layer potatoes with onions in casserole dish.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parsley.
  4. Mix flour with milk until blended.
  5. Stir in mushroom soup.
  6. Pour over potatoes and stir.
  7. Cover with cheese.
  8. Cover casserole with foil and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  9. Remove foil and continue to cook until potatoes are done and topping is browned.
