Ingredients:

  • 2 cups bran
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 2 eggs
  • 2.1/2 cups yogurt
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 2-1/2 cups flour

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Prepare muffin pans.
  3. Mix bran and oil together then add molasses, eggs and yogurt and mix well.
  4. Add raisins, flour and baking powder until just combined.
  5. Spoon into pans and bake 20 minutes.
