Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Cream oil and sugar.
  2. Add eggs, vanilla and coconut.
  3. Blend in remaining ingredients.
  4. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheets and bake 10-12 mins at 350°F.
