Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 medium mashed bananas

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 325.
  2. Mix oil and sugar, add egg and stir.
  3. Add next 3 ingredients.
  4. Add bananas and pour into floured/waxed pan.
  5. Bake for 1 hour- test with toothpick.
