Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:

  1. Mix together oil, brown sugar, and egg.
  2. Then add flour, soda, salt, milk and vanilla.
  3. Put into greased muffin tins and bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes.
