Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz) can crushed pineapple (drained )
  • 1 cup nuts (optional)

Directions:

  1. Bake 350
  2. Beat the eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla until thick and foamy.
  3. Stir in all other ingredients.
