Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 1 (17 oz) can black-eyed peas

Directions:

  1. Saute onion and garlic; set aside.
  2. Cook rice according to directions on box.
  3. Combine peas, rice, and sauteed onion and garlic.
  4. Heat and serve.
