Ingredients:

  • about 3 cups torn mixed greens such as frisee (french or italian curly chicory), lollo rosso or other red-leaf lettuce, and radicchio

Directions:

  1. In a bowl toss greens with oil, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste and divide salad between 2 plates.
