Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:

  1. Mix everything together with a FORK in this order: eggs and sugar; dry ingredients alternating with oil; apples; walnuts.
  2. Bake in a 10 x 4 loaf pan at 350F for 60 minutes, or until done.
