Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cups flour , sifted
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 tbsp four
  • 1/2 cup half & half
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl, mix all ingredients together with a spoon–do not use a mixer.
  2. Batter will be stiff. Spread into a greased and floured 9×13 inch pan. Bake for 45 minutes.

  4. In a saucepan, mix ingredients and boil. Serve warm sauce over the cake
