Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan, mix together the sugar, water, and mint leaves; stir to combine.
  2. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat; stir occasionally.
  3. Boil for 2 minutes.
  4. Discard mint leaves.
  5. Add in the lemon juice; stir to combine; chill mixture thoroughly.
  6. Mix together the melon balls in a serving dish.
  7. Pour syrup mixture over the fruit; toss to coat.
  8. Garnish with min leaves.
