Ingredients:

  • 24 small vanilla cookies
  • 24 paper cups
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees f.
  2. Line muffin trays with paper cups.
  3. Place a cookie in the bottom of each cup.
  4. Combine cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs.
  5. Fills each cup about 3/4 full.
  6. Bake about twenty minutes.
  7. Cool and top with pie filling.
