Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut up broccoli to make about 6 cups.
  2. Cook in covered saucepan in a small amount of boiling salted water for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Drain well.
  4. Pour into a 1-1/2 quart casserole.
  5. Mix soup, mayo, cheese, pimiento, and lemon juice together.
  6. Pour over broccoli and top with crushed crackers.
  7. Bake uncovered at 350 for 35 minutes.
