Mild Italian Sausage, Tomato & Zucchini Stew

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown sausage in large, deep saucepan.
  2. Add sliced celery and cook for 15 minute.
  3. Drain off fat. Add tomatoes, tomato juice, zucchini and seasonings.
  4. Simmer, covered for 20 minute.
  5. Add green peppers, summer an additional 15 minute.
  6. Garnish with cheese. Serve with French bread.
  7. Note: For more liquid, add tomato juice (And I would use garlic cloves instead of garlic salt, if you like garlic).
