Microwaved Chicken Lemon Pepper Potato

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash potato and get a shallow bowl
  2. Cut potato in half longways
  3. Using the back of a spoon heap butter onto the insides of the slices of potato
  4. Season butter sides with Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  5. Place Chicken Bouillon cube in middle of potato slices and set in bowl
  6. Microwave about 5 minutes- potato will fall as butter melts
  7. Remove and slice front and back with a knife lengthwise
  8. Put potato slices inside part down into the butter/bouillon mix
  9. Microwave 2 min 22 seconds and flip over
  10. Repeat the 2:22 time on other side after adding a few more chunks of butter
  11. Test for doneness with a fork (nuke longer if needed in small increments)
  12. Enjoy!
