Directions:

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients.
  2. Press into a 9 round glass dish.
  3. Cover and cook in microwave on Hi for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Drain liquid.
  5. Layer potato, onions and mushrooms on meat crust.
  6. Cover and cook in microwave for 4 1/2 to 8 1/5 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle cheeses and parsley on pie.
  8. Cover and cook in microwave, on medium, for 2-3 minutes.
  9. Let stand for 2-3 minutes before cutting.
