Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup onion chopped
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 cup ham
  • 1 1/4 cup grated cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup half and half
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Saute onions and red pepper.
  2. Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese on bottom of pie shell. Put
  3. Onion and red pepper and ham on top of cheese. In a
  4. Bowl whisk eggs, half and half, cumin, salt, and
  5. Pepper. Pour over ham. Sprinkle remaining cheese on
  6. Top. Bake until a knife inserted in the center comes
  7. Out clean and top is golden brown, 40 to 45 minutes.
  8. Let stand for 10 minutes. Cut into wedges and put
  9. Salsa over top to serve.
