Megans Favorite Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • cilantro (optional)

Directions:

  1. Saute onions in the butter.
  2. Add eggs and scramble.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Put on plate and top with sour cream.
  5. I add cilantro to the top of mine- but Megan likes hers without.
