Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup splenda
  • 8 tbsp butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour

Directions:

  1. Cream butter, sugar and eggs
  2. Mix in sour cream well
  3. Mix in bananas and vanilla
  4. Add flour and baking soda
  5. Spread in greased 11x15 (jelly roll) pan
  6. Bake at 350 for 20 mins (Don't over bake)
  7. Cool and frost if desired with cream cheese frosting
