Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups flour

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease loaf pan (or muffin tin!).
  2. Mix butter, eggs, and sour cream in one bowl, and salt, flour sugar, and baking soda in another bowl. Then mix them together.
  3. Mash up the bananas and add them to the mixture with the pecans. Put everything in the loaf pan.
  4. Bake at 350 for an hour and 15 minutes. Maybe less for muffins, they are still in the oven :P.
