Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook the pasta with some salt and olive oil.
  2. Quarter Tomatoes and cheese into small cubes.
  3. Mix olive oil, vinegar, grated lemon, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, and the shredded basil leaves.
  4. Add to the above salt, pepper, and the tomatoes and cheese.
  5. Drain the pasta well, and pour over the above mixture. Mix well and garnish with basil leaves.
  6. You can add Mediterranean black olives to the plate, It will only make the taste even better!
