Ingredients:

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Peel and chop potatoes. Place in cold water to cover withe sale and 1/2 stick butter. Boil 20 minutes and drain. Add 1/2 stick butter and milk to taste. Mash.
