Ingredients:

  • 8 tbsp butter (1 stick)
  • 1 pinch salt (2 shakes)
  • 4 tbsp cocoa
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

Directions:

  1. In 4 quart pan melt butter with salt, milk, cocoa, and sugar.
  2. Mix and boil.
  3. Add peanut butter and vanilla.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Add oatmeal.
  7. Drop onto cookie sheet and let cool.
