Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Wash potatoes, cut into pieces and put in pot. Cover with water in large pot.
  2. Bring to boil and cook for 15 minutes or until you can stick on a fork in it and it is soft. (Watch...tends to boil over)
  3. Drain water, and add potatoes to bowl. Mash to desired texture, and add butter and milk
